Characters:

Pvt. Jarod 'Jay' Freeman.
An eccentric and aspiring soldier wanting to make a name for himself as a war hero and legend among his peers. His perseverance to achieve his goals is marred by his impatience, naivety and restlessness. Jarod senses there is something strange going on behind the scenes... Perhaps a world in which the supernatural decides the fate of entire civilisations.  He may never know until he confronts the leader of the terror group tearing the colonies asunder.

Niktiontra Syndona
An esteemed commander of the Earthen-Niraxian Alliance, veteran of a devastating galactic war and heir to the Niraxian Empire, Nikriontra is the calculated leader of Sentinel Company and an inspiration for Jarod Freeman. However unbeknownst to his men, his time away from the Empire has alienated him from his royal duties, seemingly intentionally. With the Niraxian Empire on the brink of a succession crisis, the real question is, what is he running from?

Jason Sternfeld
An experienced mercenary and relic of the violent world before the United Earth Republic.  The sweetness of his career was contrasted by the breakdown of his family, alienating him from everyone but his nephew Jay,  who he has promised to protect and guide at all costs.  Perhaps once the war in the Colonies is won, he can once again return to civilian life... Perhaps it's only the beginning of a war with no end in sight...

Story

The year is 2017 and mankind has forged their empire among the stars. After much political and economic turmoil in the late 20th century, Earth and her Colonies were united under the umbrella of the United Earth Republic (UER).

In the early 21st century, Mankind encountered a theocratic alien race known as the Niraxian Empire and formed a peaceful yet shaky relationship Under the auspices of the Niraxian Empire, Crown Prince Nikriontra Sydona formed a paramilitary group known as the Earthen-Niraxian Alliance (ENA) to foster peace between Earth and the Empire. 

Presiding over an intense training program, Nikriontra developed SENTINEL COMPANY, a special operations unit with a knack for surgical and deadly force, compromised of the Human and Niraxian's best. Among them is Nik's friend and aspiring soldier Jarod Freeman. 

Rumours have spread of a shady and unknown terror group in the expanse of the Colonial Fringe that threatens to destroy the UER. The SENTINELS are tasked with unravelling the conspiracy, for the demise of the UER could be the beginnings of the galaxy's next and potentially, last war. 

Our story begins on the Colony of Aerius, where a seemingly inconspicious nuclear waste disposal facility had been attacked by the afformentioned terror group. You will lead the operation under the newly recruited Pvt. J Freeman.

Your mission is to contain this threat at all costs.
